If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right! Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain return instructions or to request a refund.
Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us or we may not be able to process your return or refund correctly!
Below are our refund and return policies:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend you select insurance and tracking options when returning merchandise.
- All returns must include a copy of your order confirmation to ensure proper handling.
- Returned merchandise must be in new condition and unworn and unused.
- All sales of autographed or personalized merchandise are final.
- All sales of digital products are final. A refund may be considered at our sole discretion if we are able to determine that you have not already accessed or downloaded your digital products. If you need help using your digital products, we will do our best to provide basic instructions but we make no warranty or guarantee regarding your abilility to use, read or play digital products on your personal equipment and devices.
- Digital products are for personal use only. SHARING, POSTING OR DISTRIBUTING DIGITAL PRODUCTS IN ANY MANNER IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
